How to put on the dual-leg knee brace harness

1. Fasten the safety buckle around the neck/body area
Secure the top buckle so the main support section stays in place.

2. Put both legs into the brace
Place each rear leg into the appropriate leg support. Thread the long upper strap through the opening, then bring it back and fasten it securely.

3. Connect the back straps to the leg supports
Take the two straps from the rear section, pass each one through the corresponding opening on the leg braces, and fasten them together securely.

4. Adjust the Velcro around each leg
Tighten the Velcro straps until the brace feels secure but comfortable. After a few uses, adjust the positioning to find the most comfortable fit for your dog.

She can also run in them. I tried to attach a video of her running with the braces on, but it wouldn't upload. They are fairly complicated to put together and get fitted correctly, but I got used to it. The braces are not practical for use around the house if your dog goes in and out a lot because the braces need to be removed so they can sit. The braces also need to be removed so she can sit comfortably in the back seat of the car. The harness is great quality and is very easy to put on and take off, and I can use it as her seat belt harness to fasten her in the back seat. The reflective aspect of the harness and leash are an added bonus. They are expensive, but worth it in my opinion because of the quality, fit, and features.       Our dog has ACL issues and surgery just has not been an affordable solution for our high energy dog. He wears this when he goes outside or for walks. Not so much around the house because he does manage to slip his legs loose when lays down. Honestly though when he is in the house he does not need it. He is pretty chill indoors. So it meets his needs for outside. Other braces range from $400-$1000 so this at $100 was affordable for us and does the job. 55-60lb dog and we ordered a medium. We measured and ordered according to what it ask in the directions for sizing. Also we ordered the double sided one even though just one side is injured. A friend recommended this brace and they recommended ordering for both legs so I did. When a dog injures one ACL they are likely to injure the other so to prevent the dog from putting pressure all on good leg I felt like this was good advice.
